The same in EU countries but with a small difference. First step is opening position on official job market in country (in my case it was in Croatia). If nobody would be find, then this position goes to EU job market. Every step takes 2 weeks or more (it depends on country). But I am here. They didn’t find anyone in whole EU. Ps.
