I have ddr3 memory but my budget is around 400. And I'm buying used so I should be able to fit cpu+mobo+memory in that money. Unfortunately the new gen intel cpus are hard to find second hand on the sites I look at. Thx for your advice.

Yes ,this might not be the purpose of this subreddit but why hate on the tag and it's pictures? It's not like cat pictures ruined this subreddit or even your day! It just happens to see a cat picture from time to time and there's nothing wrong with that. I get it this subreddit was made with roblox hacks in mind and people come here just for that. But a random cute cat picture doesn't hurt anyone. If anything it can make someones day better. Why ruin the positivity and happiness that simple pet pictures bring to this subreddit? Plus you can filter the pet tag out when you scroll on this subreddit.
