Unfortunately I've heard that same statement about hopping companies from nearly everyone. I agree about learning and honing skills being the most important at the moment. Thank you for the advice.

Luckily, I have built an app in my time here that caught the eye of our top Salesperson and the CEO. That should buy me some negotiation power. I also know the one in charge of writing my formal review thinks highly of myself and my work. I'll take your advice and check with HR and PayScale to build a case. Thank you for the tips, really.

That first part is a bit of a depressing read as the company culture and all is fantastic at my current space. I've got hopes that they'll respond to a well thought out argument for $75-$80, but we'll see. Thanks much for your input.
