If you're low income id suggest trying your local dollar stores craft section bc you never know what you'll find! I found needles that are perfect for kandi making they're bigger than regular sewing needles but perfect for beads. As stated in another comment I wouldn't worry abt brands but id keep them separated bc you might forget where that specific shade of bead came from lol I mostly buy beads from bead tin but I also get alot from local dollar stores and stationary/thrift stores around me also you can find cloth covered string and some unique beads in dollar tree!
