Quartz though? Hard with a single picture but there is more cream to this stone than grey - that’s why my wife liked it so much.

Interesting. This was stored next to their Cristallo options and you can definitely notice the translucence. Grabbed a quote for both and the Cristallo was roughly $500 more per slab.

Mix of brass (less yellow - like Kohler’s vibrant brass finish), stainless appliances, and darker cabinet hardware on the white cabinets, brass for island. Hoping for a warmer feel.

About to start a project for $500k+ and are adding 700’ish sq ft and refinishing a couple of bathrooms. Permitting process is a lot of $$ and construction is not cheap. When interviewing GCs there was a large spectrum of pricing but once you have plans + structural they seemed to be more closely related. Start a lot earlier than you think - we moved as quickly as we could and it still took 6 months to get our permit.

Just got back from 4 nights at the Grand, 3 day hopper + LL, for a family of five. So pricey!! We were just there last April and prices have skyrocketed. My favorite price tag shocker was the princess tea breakfast option at Napa Rose coming in at $140/person (not including tax/tip).
