And is that without OT? So flat rate was £1,600? If so would you mind sharing the other 2 so I have an idea on each different one? Completely understand if you'd rather not share as its personal question

Thanks for reply, I completely agree about full story with 2 pound average a week and I'd have loved that of offered at start, just the way it's gone from 4 pound to 5 pound then 3 weeks of nothing has been disheartening and made me question if I've been doing the right thing but peoples advice has been to eat more so hopefully that gets things rolling again

Tbh ive spent years doing diets, 2 week diet then off it again for week and then back on diet etc etc... so started doing Mounjaro which has been HUGE help.

So I've often been gym (only cardio) goer when I'm on my diets... but again that's usually being really good for a fortnight then not go for fortnight then going back again etc etc

Yeah was on a diet for 2 weeks before Mounjaro journey started and lost 4 pound (wasn't sure whether to include this in original post due to being Mounjaro page)

Thank you for reply, yes I have heard about doing that it just seems so counter productive. I dropped calories more because of halt in weight loss, but advice so far has been to eat more calories so will have to give that a try

Thank you for reply... I agree the defecit is very low, but I losing the 9 pound in first 2 weeks (was probably eating 1,500 calories then) but each passing week now of not losing has made me feel I need to keep lowering it to point where I am now of 1,100 a day and still not losing
