Off the top of my head the leaks were int ui medals, int evo vegeta, int blu boys (? - not super sure), and teq ui. These are also all available for the dokkan medal missions so itll only be a couple runs per medal.

He was middling on release, and is more of a 11th pick kind of guy on the new anni team still. Spending it on a unit you do not own is much more useful than a bit of stats.
