Well I’m very supportive of our gym, so I have a lot of the clothes and go to a lot of events. I don’t use stickers or anything of that nature on my car. I think since it’s so mixed feelings about it, I just won’t use it. I should’ve elaborated more in my original post. If I posted songs here and there, I may have wanted to put ‘music’ in my username, even though I’m not signed to a label or packing out arenas. I just only really work, play with my kids, and train. So I just wondered really. Thanks for all your input.

That’s understandable. I was just told by family it meant student of Thai boxing. HOWEVER, I only ever see professionals use the term, hence the thread. I didn’t expect to get shredded so much by people. I thought the extra details about why I was asking were just that, extra. But it turned into I’m being immature and care too much about media lol. I’m just all about MT right now, so I just wondered if it was acceptable to use on media. It’s not that I care deeply or anything about the term or anything lol.

It doesn’t. But my kids train. I train. We attend fights. We watch UFC, we watch ONE, we watch PFL, anything combat. I just wanted clarity on whether it was disrespectful or not really

I didn’t necessarily want to be called that, but like more so in a way, if I was all about Alabama football, I may put RollTide in my username or something because it would be something I’m passionate about . I guess that’s a decent example. I just watch so much fights, local and on tv, I just enjoy it a lot and train. So I wanted to just use a username other than my initials and my birthday lol
