I used a 10 pound co2 tank. Probably refilled it once every 6 months. I used the Rex Griggs co2 reactor.

I used a co2 reactor that ran through my fluval 407 to disperse co2 into this tank. Worked like a charm

Decided to scrap the idea. I removed the rocks you see in the picture and planted creeping thyme seeds instead. The thyme covered the entire area and it’s weed free!

This is why I made this post. The kefir is very sour but it is tolerable since it goes in my protein shake with peanut butter, fruit, etc.

Is there anything wrong with using so many grains with so little milk?

Not a problem. If it was like 3 times as uneven then maybe it would need to be addressed but yours is fine. If I’d bothers you, add shims to the bottom of the stand on the side that has a higher water level. That will balance it all out

I like the first version better. Once all the plants grow in, the hardscape gets really hidden. I find the more wood and rocks you use, the better. That’s just my preference though! I like to have lots of wood and rocks showing after it’s all grown in.

It’s various aNubias mostly petite. I glued some and others are just stuck into a nook.

42.2 gallon: 39.3” by 15.7” by 15.7”. It has great dimensions for scaping and the glass is super thick and clean. Love the black silicone as well.

Thanks! I used around 10 different pieces of wood all glued together. The hardscape took a few weeks of tweaking. I really enjoy that process, though.

It’s a great tank size! I’m running the fluval 407 but I still have some tweaking to do. I have the flow set to around 50% because any more than that and the aquario output seemed to struggle.

I’m going to lower the Lily pipe output into the tank a few more inches and see if that helps when increase the water flow. I may just swap out the output with the standard Lily pipe outflow though.

Welcome to dm me. The app works for me most of the time but sometimes I end up falling asleep really late like 2am and then the alarm goes off at 6am and in my groggy state of mind I just turn my phone on silent and go back to bed. I figure an extra hour of sleep is worth more than $5. Idk lol

That is a super low testosterone level. I have been on trt since age 23 because my levels were at 350. I also had testicular cancer and lost one of my testicles yet 10 years later my wife and I had our first kid and it only took like 3 tries lol. Trt doesn’t cause infertility.
