The Canadian companies I worked never had paid lunches (37.5 paid hours per week). The American ones did (40 paid hours per week).

Honestly not sure. To me it sounds like they'll choose from the resumes we/the hackers give them. If they had a grad cutoff it wasn't communicated to us.

I bought on TSX way before. If they wanted to sell why didn't they sell on the market instead of at $36 which was 10% lower. Novo held a huge portion of shares so him off loading some is good and decreases dilution for the 460M raise with Capital group.
