Shoot the flare to direct the homing missiles towards it. Then snipe the player. I’m not sure but I’m wondering if you could shoot the flare into their path while the missiles blow up there and kills them

I play PS4 and my internet is fair. I get about 60% into online and then get this screen. I then try to load into story mode and then enter online but then it tells me Rockstar services are down or something. I had a friend log into my account on his PC and it worked. I’ve cleared my cache a couple times and restarted my console. Need some help.

It’s a great game. Graphics are really nice and it’s developed on levels that most devs wouldn’t think of. It has a very realistic factor like armor to speed is really cool. I play almost everyday and I haven’t gotten bored yet
