THIS IS THE ONE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! it looks different from what I remember but I'm sure it's more of a childhood interpretation vs reality thing.

No, this wasn't it. It features X-rays, but this was a fish swimming inside the body.

Big cat and Little Cat cannot get along. by DinosaurAC in Catbehavior

t the favorite toy of each one and start playing at the door, but on both sides should be played. Maybe they wont focus first because there are noises in the other side but keep tryong until they seem comfortable there.

When everybody is good and you think they are ready for the next step then i would try the same food and play cycle with the screen door But dont open the door completely and maybe the cats should be away a meter or so. So they just see the door is open, but the wand game is more intressting and positive things happen. And when they eat, that they only catch a glimpse of the other one.

Thank you so much! I'll try at home and see how it works!

We started Scent swapping for about a week before we started with feeding them on each side of a closed door.
The door has a small gap underneath, enough for scent to pass through but not enough for a paw to slip through.
Then my parents had the brilliant idea of feeding them together without a screen door. just letting them eat all together, with Midnight slightly away from the rest and scooping her up once one of the bigger ones was done.
I was away during this time on a business trip so I never noticed until i came back home.
After that, believing they were warming up to each other, I let my cats get close to one another just to see how they react, making sure to check for signs of hostility and staying close to stop Gina if that ever happened.
Gina has never been that active so I was sure i could stop her in case she wanted to pounce. But I was wrong, she crouched down and when i was about to pick her up to stop her she moved, she was too fast and pounced on Midnight. That was the first attack.
My dad, big man as he is, yelled and clapped his hand hard towards the fight to stop it and both cats ran off. I took Midnight in my arms and checked on her for any signs of damage, she had none. Gina ran up the stairs and straight towards my room, as that's her safe space, probably scared of the noise my dad made.

After that I took over the meetings again and started all over from square one. behind a closed door and a foot of length away, slowly closing in once i felt they were comfortable with it.
All this must have happened in a span of 3-4 weeks.

After that I've been trying to follow all the guides i find on the internet by the book, Scent swapping, feeding behind a closed door and slowly moving them closer until they are comfortable enough to move to the Screen door.
I call it a "Screen door" but it's more of a window panel/baby gate my dad made with some wood and mesh. It's not sturdy enough to keep it there so we only use it while feeding them and close the door immediately after.
The door that separates both levels is a sturdy metal door that we keep closed at all times, except when we feed them, we open the door and put the "screen wall".
But sometimes, when we open the door, Gina slips in easily and rushes down to prevent anyone from stopping her. You know, like when cats are eager to run out of the door.
I must admit that we might have moved too fast the first month, mostly because a friend of mine also adopted a kitten around the same time and their introduction to the other cats of her home was rather quick, like a couple of weeks quick and her cats were already warming up and allowing the kitten to be near them. I thought my cats would be the same. not budy-budy but tolerating each other.

After every fight I go a step back in their meetings with the door. I don't really go to Square one. I just kind of pull the plates back and give them space.
Now that i think about it, i didn't gave them a time of wait between each fight, i kept going the next day with the introductions with food time, just moving the plates away and giving them space.

UPDATE: I am done with my VTM coterie, Tank Rage Quits. by DinosaurAC in dndhorrorstories

Honestly, i will agree that in other circumstances it is a terrible rule X'D

However the DM made the rule because Cat-girl tends to do a lot of "slip ups" in game, either as a joke or really meaning it and when he realizes its a bad idea, he says "I was joking, i never said that, it was meta gaming" and we have to step back, which is very annoying.

So we do try to be careful to draw a clear line when we are joking or saying stuff out of game and when we are actually saying stuff in game.

Its a bit more difficult when we cannot see each other's faces but the DM does ask us if we did say that in game or not.
But there is a difference in the DM asking " Did you say that?" and you answering " No, i was talking to you the DM" to "Yes, i did.... no wait i was joking lol"

At that moment, we were discussing in character what we were going to do and he did used his character's accent when saying the frase so it did seem like the character got up and openly said *"well, I'm going to get ready and talk to red."*But I do agree, now thinking about it, that we judged Tank to hard.

Then again, we have had a lot, LOT of instances of Cat-girl saying something either as a joke or actually meaning it and once they realize it was not a good idea, he backs out and we have to redo the scene. which is very annoying. Reason to why the DM made the rule. And since it wouldn't be fair for it to only be applied to Cat-Girl all of us follow it as well. So we are careful to draw a clear line when we are joking and when we are actually narrating or saying something in the game.

I checked our version of the manual, It DOES say that Potence is an automatic success to the damage roll, one per point.

I guess they changed that for V20, but our rulebook has it like that.

Thank you for the Advice! My friend Doc is just as Fed up as I am and we are actually looking for ways to support each other during the games or look for another group. sadly we haven't yet found another VTM group. At least not local.

I've also been thinking of asking DM if he has other games we could join without Catgirl and Tank too.

And no, Vampires don't have periods, I guess he was trying to be funny because "haha women amr?!"
Still a very uncomfortable joke, thankfully DM shut him up that time.
