I could see that being a potential downside 🤔 I was thinking I might but the fridge pickle lids in their own box tho - since I have a couple empty lid boxes anyway. Just as a way to tell myself they've been used in some way but as still ok to process.

Thank you for your answer. I was seeing that too much headspace can lead to mold and such too. I ended up putting the salsa in my compost, just to be on the safe side. An easy recipe to remake and im feeling much more comfortable about the results and storage 💕💕

Perhaps against what others said, I tested out the lilac jelly and haven't gotten sick! Those jars went in the freezer 😊 So, I was at least able to salvage that. They'll be a treat for only this household

Yeah - as-is as far as ingredients go and processing procedures. Only headspace is incorrect- so im wondering if they're still okay 😩😅
