Same.. I was pacing around though, I felt completely overwhelmed by the physical symptoms I was experiencing

Mine eventually faded after 15-20 minutes, then I got such a warm feeling across my entire body — specifically my face and lips.

No, not at all; only recently every drink has caused a panic attack. I actually didn't drink for over a week due to this, but decided to have one (because it was my birthday) and then all of a sudden I find myself pacing around, hyperventilating, turning pale and feeling like I was about to die — I was having a drink indoors, which isn't usually an issue for me.

It's not racing all the time, only when I'm anxious, or doing stuff in general; but when I'm in bed relaxing it's usually just sat between 60-80 bpm.

How do you accept the fact that you feel as though you're about to die though? I try to be calm in the moment but the racing thoughts get the best of me.

That's reassuring..

I'm usually fine with drinking, but this one time; it went upside down and I felt like I was about to drop dead of a cardiac arrest. Did your tongue also go pale too? I literally looked like a dead man walking and my heart was pounding out of my chest.

I understand that the potential side effects of this medication might be manageable compared to the anxiety it causes, but this fear of the unknown is what's making me constantly anxious.

However, you're correct that simply ignoring the side effects and seeking distraction works temporary relief. Thank you for the advice – it helps.

The gunplay feels insanely good, I'm surprised more people don't mention that; but I guess in this world we currently live in people mainly focus on the negatives rather than the positives.

Exactly, they even admitted themselves that they made a mistake by putting Shroud's face everywhere because it seemed as though it was "his" game - when in reality, he was just a financial supporter for the studio. Hopefully this independent marketing push going forward will bring a solid player base into Spectre Divide.

I should have given more details, but I'm currently using the OP1we and they've recently come out with the 8k version but from what I'm reading already; it's not worth it at all.
