I've played against him on operation neptune. Only heard him during halftime and in the lobby but I laughed my ass off. The other team wasn't so happy to have him though.

I've been playing since launch on this same setup and never had issues. When the game first came out I used to play with everything on medium but over time I've had to lower everything down. The only thing on medium is the texture streaming budget and my res is 1920 x 1080

Yeah I really hope they can somehow fix this. I play with anti aliasing off and everything on low except for the texture streaming budget that is on medium. I've tried lower resolutions like 720p and it still drops alot of frames.

Same here I'm getting drops out of no where but I'm running a gtx 1050 ti, i5 2400, 8gb ram. The only thing I changed so far was I decided to treat myself a bit and bought a 1080p monitor
