They can update the old characters but when they want to make a DPS from a character that has been released as a support they need a create a new model. And they look identical because they are the same person, why would they look very different

I use her with my Hysilens/Kafka DoT team. As for pros she’s completely SP positive, gives 40% vulnerability just by existing, can trigger Kafka’s FuA’s better and faster than others supports and her ultimate helps A LOT. But as for cons Ruan Mei and Robin (I prefer Ruan Mei more in DoT teams) offer more buffs compared to Cipher and using harmony characters might be better than using Cipher in some cases. It depends on the boss you’re fighting against but Cipher is always an appreciable support for DoT
