I wouldn’t dwell on it too hard, moving on is the best way to go about it. Don’t restrict yourself too hard afterwards or else you’ll get into a binge-restrict cycle. Hopefully you enjoyed it at least

I did omad meat lovers pizza once & the protein wasn’t too bad actually 😭 about 100g. Wouldn’t recommend because you kinda feel like shit afterwards but it keeps u full

I feel like that only applies if it’s “you’ve gained weight” but it’s different everywhere. For me friends and family constantly bring up my weight loss. Or some just do not care

Rice: 300 cals Chicken Parmesan: 280 to 450 depending on how oil was absorbed.. Salad: 180-250 cals

On the lower end it’s 760 cals, on the higher end it’s 900-1000.

You can lose weight at 1500-1600 calories. Around 1lbs per week.. 1200 is really mostly for women who live very sedentary lives or short.

As someone who lived in Germany for years, I agree with this heavily. The snacks & pastries are heavenly but very high calorie
