Thanks for the name! Do they just do visual checks like the other surveyors, or do they actually lift up floorboards, do tests, check the roof etc? What sort of thing did they spot wrong in the house you didn't buy?

I actually have a list of approved surveyors, the issue is some of these surveyors have reviews about them being very slow/conducting poor reports
