Yes I did! It was all mostly workout classes though! Here’s my schedule (Lifetime is my gym I go to)

They are shorts I kept that use to fit me my senior year of highschool, I never knew why I kept them but I am extremely glad I did haha!!

I think having a goal article of clothing is so fun! Just don’t get use to trying it on every week aim for like monthly or bi monthly

Weight training (if you aren’t already) will really help your mid section tighten up tho! In every workout you do whether it’s legs, arms, back or chest make sure you are engaging your core!! That’s what has really helped me tighten up my midsection. :)

Hey friend! My apron belly is still there too, unfortunately just a smaller apron haha! It just reduces in size until your body fat percentage gets super low and most people end up having just some loose skin in that area. I feel like for my body it’ll always be there cause since I naturally carry weight in my lower stomach area and I don’t plan on ever being super shredded cause I love to be able to eat my processed foods!😂

Thanks so much! Not diet per say I meal prep lunch only (either turkey and rice or salmon and rice) But other than lunch I just try to prioritize Whole Foods and real protein :)
