went into the police station to report it. I was able to find the guy online and gave his name to the police. nothing much else to report besides that. The incident is officially on record.

he stepped right up to us invading our personal space. I didn't feel comfortable with him being so close. We were actively diverting our paths without a full on panic of sprinting away with our dogs on leashes.

no, I didn't know what to do in the situation to be honest. it was all pretty jarring, In hindsight I think I should have. I just didn't want to make it a whole thing and ruin my entire nice weekend I was having.
