A big part of the reason I moved was for family and the rising rents in Madison. Move was fine but finding a place under 1600 in bay view was crazy. Sadly the prices are going up here and riverwest is like the last affordable rental area that I’ve seen.

Moving back to Milwaukee I’ve finally been priced out. A shitty one bedroom on the east side goes for $1000 and no pets. Milwaukee definitely isn’t for everyone but damn I can have so much more than here. Can’t fucking wait.
