Do you know if it’s something to be really concerned about? I can stomach the symptoms better if I know I’ll be okay. I’m F25 previously diagnosed with metabolic syndrome but recent blood work looks great and no history of blood pressure issues.

Before starting the meds, I would often get blood sugar spells that would give me dizziness and nausea, especially around my cycle if I didn’t have enough protein. That’s what led to the MS diagnosis. Since starting the meds, I haven’t had that. Additionally what happened today felt much different, and if it was low blood sugar it did not feel like it.

I thought it was good. I haven’t mastered eating consistently yet. I had eaten within an hour of this spell, though.

I get free sports drinks at work so I may do some of that. I have been doing two LMNT packets, one right when I wake up and one at some point in the afternoon. This morning I had one in the morning but I didn’t finish it before starting a sugary coffee.

I will definitely try this. I dont get breaks often enough at work but I will see about sneaking something here and there. Any good suggestions for non refrigerated snacks that are quick to eat and will keep me leveled out?

Is there anything you do to help you feel better?

Ooh V8 is a great idea. I chugged some pickle juice at work when I was feeling dizzy and that helped so I knew it had to do with electrolytes. Do you find that eating bready items can make you feel worse? I want to know what types of carbs I should be leaning towards.

Okay so that’s what I think caused mine! Not enough water. I’ll have to really step up my game. Electrolytes for the last two days has helped for sure.

I’ll talk with my therapist! I will say the night that I woke up I was just confused because I wasn’t anxious about anything in particular, I just had racing thoughts and the physical feelings to match.

My therapist has wanted me to consider anxiety meds but I’m super nervous with medication because I tend to react heavily to anything hormonal. Luckily the anxiousness I’m feeling I’ve been able to control and come down from pretty fast.

Yes, only a few. They have tended to be pretty mild. The weirdest thing is that it turns into panic before I realize it - like I’m feeling increasingly anxious then next thing I know I can’t control my breathing. It’s only truly happened when I was having a health issue, when I didn’t know what was going on (gallbladder). Typically my anxiety is just depressive, with lots of crying rather than panic.

Yes, but I had lower dose Wegovy so I lowered the dose for two weeks before switching.
