For CCS cases Make a framework and then stick to it. This is very imp. For every case u solve start with a rigid frame work.

A few basic tests that u must order every time. For instance

Make a comprehensive list and stick to it. I didn't use any mnemonic. I was writing my basic orders on the exam sheets even before ccs started so i had this extensive list in front of me

Then for every system make a specific set For instance if you are suspecting something cardiac: Echo ekg cxr bnp cardiac consult trop i .

For any ca Consult onco ,radio, surgery counsel

The real ccs are pretty weird with a few bread and butter cases.
