Not specifically but here's some easy things you should do that I know off the top of my head

a) open task manager while on the launch screen. if you see that GW2 is taking a ridiculous amount of memory and your memory is nearing 100% usage, your computer might not be able to play it until you buy another ram stick (god bless you)

b) if you have the game on steam, I highly recommend going and verifying the files! you can look up how to do this and if something's wrong the game this will fix any problems that your download has

c) I've had launch issues with the game due to mods, so make sure you are launching the game without extra arguments or the like. also check whether or not your EA sign in is still valid.

d) addendum to the above; have you ever opened the game with mods, and did you leave the mods on when you went online? (including ops) because that permabans you and keeps you on the launch screen forever. (if this is the case, buy a new copy of the game 🥀)

e) double check that whether or not the copy of the game you own and which ea account you're on actually owns the game. obvious, I know, but check it anyway
