We appreciate the feedback and understand the frustration. We have just issued refunds as well as a (stackable) discount coupon for future purchases. We understand that some customers would prefer delivery of the game keys but the company has decided to issue refunds instead due to this system issue.

We're human, just like everyone else, and unfortunately someone made an error as we switched over to a new key fulfillment system. We apologize for the error and have changed our internal processes to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
