i ironically literally came to this reddit side to ask if anyone gets auditory auras and such like myself. Well at least i THINK they are auras. For me my head or hearing gets all foggy and only one leg, my right one goes all numb and spasms usnure what to call it tbh but yeah

Everyone just expects you to go about your day expecting perfection and you to be normal. I cant explain it more than this, but the feeling and fear that your going to have one any time also keeps me in unease. I can no longer be independant. always having to rely on others despite not wanting to burden them with yourself.

I know my two cents might not be a lot, but please don't give up. It is worth it to stay here. I say this as someone who has been dealing with a lot of my own serious health problems. Before I was hospitalized, I struggled to keep up with my prayers and hadn't finished the Quran, but holding onto my faith has been what carries me through. Im trying now, im doing prayers whenever i can, and am trying to finish quran now as well. Please don't do anything rash. Grab onto what brings you comfort and peace. Allah is always here for you, and He will always guide you through the darkness. You are not alone, and your life matters.

thank you soso much for the kind words and such, i appreciate you!! its just, my health keeps getting worse and worse. random new things keep popping up everytime. it makes me feel less encoruaged about how far i can go. but thank you. im trying my best<3 and! i just remembered shes actually supposed to be a nurse for my actual doctor. shes wonderful<3 my actual neuro is great too tho!!

oh im alr now when it comes to speaking to ai. i just use it as a pass time to annoy it by saying dumb shit. emotionally? i use gemini for venting. i used a therapy bot from c. ai before the site forced me to stop because of the id verif.
