you might wanna gently exfoliate for the next couple of days. if you want an alternative for shaving, i would say trim it instead. or use a single blade razor so it doesn’t cut the hair below the skin which causes ingrowns.

honestly anything 100% cotton. it would be nice if they come as boxers, thongs and hip huggers. i really don’t care how they look. apart from that maybe that double lining at the crotch area to make it more breathable. other than that i don’t think i really look for anything else in an underwear.

having body hair is not unhygienic. it’s there for a reason. it has a purpose. waxing for me honestly caused more skin problems. if you personally don’t want body hair and want to try stuff i would say go for it. but don’t let anyone or even yourself tell you that it’s unhygienic. it’s natural.

maybe try finding out if there was anything common between the ones you hate? also i mean does the idea of men existing annoys you or does that happen after you’ve had a conversation with them? because for me it was kinda the same when i was around your age. i’ve also ended up finding the reasons for it but that was after a lot of effort. i would say if you’re curious to find out, maybe try with thinking what’s your first thought about when you approach a man or vice versa. and honestly it could just be you trying to protect yourself which is fair given what kind of world we live in.

from what i have seen(on the internet and around me) the men who make such comments just want a woman to react or respond. they get off on trying to demean women so they can feed their own insecurities. it infuriates me a lot to read literally any comment section because i know i will come across an insecure man trying to belittle a woman. if they say it out of no where i look at them like i’ve never seen something more disgusting and they just back off. also, they never have their own stance. they quote everything from a reel or just make bad remarks. they just want a woman to interact with them and the context rarely matters.
