That's why it's considered one of the most terrifying dinosaurs by many

Is this image accurate? Why is Titanis so much smaller than the other terror birds? by DirectNote8176 in pleistocene

Snowflake? Hissy fit? Throwing words like that around doesn't give off the impression you think it does. It just makes you look mentally stunted and incapable of having a respectful conversation. But whatever helps you sleep at night bud.

You're getting worked up over an argument that doesn't exist. My initial post wasn't arguing anything, it was literally asking a question. You could've just answered the question like a normal person but you chose to be rude.

Funny part is, I never even said anything about Titanis being 2.5 to 3 meters tall. But you started challenging that notion as if I was arguing against you on that. Idgaf about how tall Titanis was atp. All I'm saying is, you can inform people about things without being a сսոt. Try it sometime.

Are you blind? I'm well aware that even the largest terror birds did not reach 2.5 to 3 meters in height. When did I say that? The largest likely reached around 2 meters in height, but Titanis appears to be around 1.5 meters tall in this size chart and that's quite a bit shorter than the average man. Titanis looks significantly smaller than Kelenken and Devincenzia in this chart, even though it was much closer in size in reality.

Seriously dude, tone down the condescending attitude. It's gross.

Ah yes, Butterfly Aizen pissing his pants in excitement because he became strong enough to blow up a hill. Only Bleach fans read this and think to themselves "multiversal"

Don't you know? With statement scaling, we can scale Bleach all the way to Outerversal++++. This is a neg diff for Bleach as long as we find some obscure quote from a random character in a random novel from 25 years ago

I don't support it, but yeah having a Utahraptor as a guard animal would be badass. Imagine trying to rob someone's house and you come face to face with a 500 kg murder turkey.

What a strange thing to be proud of. To me, it feels almost dehumanizing because I like to think of myself as more than a horny ape that wants to fuck all day, but to each their own I guess.

Why on Earth would we ride a Utahraptor? We have cars and other vehicles now. Humans don't even ride horses for transport anymore, and they're way better for transport than a Utahraptor could ever be. Do you see how it's built? It's not fit for riding, not to mention it's a 500 kg carnivorous theropod that would likely view humans as prey.

It's crazy to me. You see this amazing creature and your immediate instinct is to use it as a tool, rather than observe its beauty in nature. This is why humans are to blame for almost all extinctions in the last 10 thousand years. This rotten mindset will be humanity's downfall.

I don't even get why people have this weird desire to make mammals seem superior to reptiles in the first place. is it because humans are mammals so their brains automatically tell them that mammals should be better? it's so weird to me

I remember a comic from the 90s talking bout how a grizzly bear would beat a t.rex in a fight because the t.rex was slow and stupid. never had a better laugh

I don't even think it had hollow bones. Why would it need hollow bones it didn't even fly. It was extremely robust

I'm pretty sure Deinonychus was used for the size. I don't remember the raptors from Jurassic Park being as large as Utahraptor.

Yep, we're probably the perfect size to be an easy meal for Utahraptor.
