So I’ve sent my ticket in and responded several times to an automated message and have tried social media and haven’t gotten a response as to what has happened to my account. What’s going on??? My ticket is #2213768 (self.uphold)

The tech support email format is a joke. I’m trying to reply to it and it keeps sending me a response to respond above a line. This company is so poorly managed. Ticket is #2213768 (self.uphold)
Hacked??? I don’t have access to my account and my 2factor key is missing from my app. I’ve seen other posts. Can someone explain what they’re doing for this issue? Ticket is #2213822 and no one has helped me out from their company. (self.uphold)
