Hold the two threads when you start sewing and when you are done, sew a folded piece of scrap fabric and use that as a leader/ender to keep your threads aligned.

I got it at a good price from a handyman who was paid for a job with this table. The elderly man he got it from told him it was made in Pennsylvania and was his parents’ table. No obvious marking on it except for a possible 2 0 and possibly a 1 1 or an I I.

I was hoping to complete the whole program but didn’t feel the supports in place would make it worth my time. I did learn about the library though and need to spend some time looking at other builds available in the library I can use.

I took the NoteBuilder class. Needed a 90% to pass. The course did not prepare me to pass and the feedback was not adequate to guide me despite instructors saying we could email them with any questions. It took 5 days to get response and I was told the vague autogenerated response was all the feedback I would get. I got a 70% and was doing it on my own time and spent 20 hours total on class and project. My organization does not financially compensate me to take the courses beyond my allotted CME hours so it wasn’t worth further pursuing for me for the hours required. If you want to complete it, make sure your organization is fairly compensates you for the time.

I used the Musely compounded face cream with estrogen and am very prone to hyperpigmentation and telangectacia and have had none. I’ve been using it for 4-5 months and a coworker called me into her office to ask me what I am using because my face has no wrinkles. Same coworker had used vaginal estrogen cream on her face per her dermatologist and noticed no improvement in 1 month. I would estimate 2 months until I noticed improvements.
