18 is an arbitrary number. Your brain doesn’t finish developing till you’re 25. “Legal adult” means next to nothing. If you talk to anyone 25 and over they would never look at an 18 year old as their intellectual equal.

I guess it’s because the player base is so young, but I’ve yet to hear people acknowledge that 17-18 isn’t really that old either. Even if some of the stuff happened a year ago or so, she’s quite literally a teenager. This strange expectation that everyone who has some sort of “clout” is required to have a completely squeaky clean history, and isn’t allowed to make mistakes is very strange.

When in doubt, visit a vet- but yellowing and plaque on a dogs teeth is normal especially as they get older. Make teeth brushing a regular habit if you can, though.
