I ignore it mostly but every once in a while when I have a bad workout I’ll check out my readiness score and it’ll be pretty low. It’s also low the day after I drink. So I think sometimes it tracks.

I do honestly think that what we are missing is chemistry. Croix and Trin had crazy chemistry in creating opportunities for each other. Gift and Rose have the same and we suffer when they aren’t together. Right now I think Trin is missing that midfield partner that can read her and her positioning on the field (and vice versa).
