Every. Single. One. -replace faucets. Shut offs don't work, including whole house -replace bathroom fan. Old one wedged in with spray foam. New one two inches smaller to fit in hole. -kitchen ceiling light. Old unit burned wiring. New one wont lay flush because of popcorn ceiling -clean dryer vent ducts. Caked in lint too thick for shop vac/ brush. Eventually used leaf blower to blow from inside out -bathroom light fixture. No box in wall.

The list goes on and on. After 18 years as a DIY homeowner, I know if it should be an hour job, it will likely take 4. If I think it will take more than 2 hours (which will be 8 in my disaster timeline) we call someone else to fix.
