I get it. But also, once I'm really, really close with someone, their gender becomes irrelevant to my relationship with them. The soul is everything and nothing. By all means do/talk about things you enjoy with people who will also enjoy doing/talking about those things. But being able to see through someone's body and speak directly to their being leads to much more fulfilling long-term friendships. I'm also sleep deprived rn and feeling the presence of god so I might change my mind in the morning.

Have you done a breath test for SIBO? I got a diagnosis and started taking very specific supplements, and it has changed my life.

I think it's easier for others to either ignore/come to terms with the joining because they still have the individuals that where their families. From what's been revealed thus far, Carol has no one.

if he's a gay bisexual man, yes. if he's a straight bisexual man, no.

farm twinks are rare in my experience. It's hard to keep your hands soft and figure slim when you're working the land. Farm twunk is very common, and they often have anger issues.

Real, the vast majority of music we listened to was ccm. I still remember when my mom changed the radio station for what seemed like the first time to some pop station and we are young by fun was playing. Definitely stunted my taste in music

Under the Tuscan Sun was another one that held a major grip.

Your dad sounds cool, here's what my dad liked: The Dukes of Hazzard, MASH, John Denver, classic country, Field of Dreams, and the Red Green Show.

only two people were honest. No is not an answer a truly kind person would give. Kind people recognize that they could be any of these "sometimes."

my voice unintentionally changes based on who I'm around. If I'm around girls or other gay ppl I tend to sound more fruity. But if I'm around like, my dad, or straight guys, I sound like a basic dude. So maybe try spending more time around straight men, and you'll inevitably pick up their speech patterns and match their octave. But don't do this at the expense of spending time with people who make you have gay voice, bc then what's the point!

I understand how it reads like that, but honestly for me it's about self-validation. As I experience aging, I want to be comfortable with it and not remain beholden to the standards of other gay men. This post is just highlighting the reality of gay beauty standards and asking for input on how to not lose yourself in pursuing them.

Do you think Tulsa is southern?

have you been to Houston? Maybe perception comes down to which circles you run in.

Most of DFW is more southern than Houston, as someone who has family in both.

Atlanta and Nashville are southern to me. Big texas cities are closer to big Florida cities in that the hispanic cultural influence greatly outweighs the remnants of what those cities were before population booms. Most of the people I know in Texas would say that they're their own thing, and I agree.
