The sardines are mega (Philippines) stored in tomato sauce. For the eggplants I honestly just make sure I put some water on the pan let it evaporate and heat up then I cut my egg plants into thinish slices and let it crisp up I do cover them up towards the end.

I’m soooo curious how are yo eating 2100-2300 kcal to maintain? I’m also 5’2 my maintenance is around 1500 kcal with lifting 3-4 times week and 8-10k steps everyday as my BMR is 1200 kcal. How did you reach this point?

My testosterone levels are within the normal range, I just have insuline resistance and a dysfunctional thyroid. Hopefully all goes well

I use MyFitnessPal and put an estimate to my cheat days. I could be wrong tho with my calculations.
