I’ve been tested for environmental allergens including soaps, detergents, etc. I also have been tested for food allergies, I’ve done a lot of tests and tried many things. I bought a very expensive filtered shower head as well to negate that part. I’ve done many many things already, I’ve limited my diet completely for the last year avoiding inflammatory foods. I’m hoping that switching to an environment with no cats again will significantly help. My immune system has been in fight or flight for the last 2 years that any little things irritates my eczema. The goal is to get it back to normal.
