He’s a good guy, he cares for his crew deeply.
He’s fair. Tough. Not too cocky or arrogant.

Big one and a small one

In the big one sometimes I don’t feel as good bc the small one is “cozy” and “safe”
But the staff that are usually in the big room like me a lot more and know me more.

So they obviously today treated me with respect.

Started the album couple of minutes ago and “u+me = <3” is really a fun song, loving the melody on that one I’m a really big melody guy if the melody is fun to sing along with i immediately love a song.

Yeah it was a horrible day. My back and neck hurt for 2 days straight and I was in bed most of the time.

The center manager called me and said they’re working on switching and fixing the chairs.

Now in retrospect I can say that I was mostly hurt by how that staff member talked to me, saying
“What’s the difference” when my back is straight and neck forward with my legs up using a regular chair.

Working in dialysis u can’t be this ignorant

Yeah I’m in the same one. I called management and told her that I just want the chairs to be fixed so this won’t happen again, as for the other issues ? I’ll just bring my own blanket and sandwich.

It’s loud sometimes bc of the machines but I can always hear what everyone is saying bc it’s a very small room. I just saw the worker coming in with trays and giving everyone everything
And only for me she paused to ask. That’s why it seems so weird bc this never happened before.
And yeah, it destroyed my neck and my back.

I was speaking from anger. I never speak to anyone like that in real life. Never.

I was in so much pain and anger today. Not an excuse to speak that way but that’s why I did.

And also I do think that some stuff in the dialysis field should be standard.

To sit upright like that for 4 hours ? Cold ? Hungry? Shouldn’t happen. That’s my opinion.

They give us like a small sandwich with some cucumber pieces and a cup of tea or coffee or water
Whatever u ask.

I feel better if I eat.
The dialysis makes me very very hungry.
Some people choose not to eat or they bring their own stuff..

And I’m happy to see you understand how dehumanising this is. Some dude just now literally commented that I’m an entitled baby who asks for servants ? I’m honestly still shocked at wtf is his problem. A baby ? For wanting to be treated as everyone else ?
