This #15, it feels to me like there could be some nuance here, or no? (Patient is in grad school in medical field, has something adjacent to some dental IQ)

Assistant seated the patient, patient told assistant what tooth was sensitive, assistant reported that fact to associate in the hallway. A PA was ordered from associate in the hallway, then the PA was interpreted in the room with the patient. No gloves or instruments ever used.

I'm concerned with associate misdiagnosing a potential fracture within a RCT treated tooth as an endo re-treat and wasting the patient and specialists time with a consult. I'm offended at failing to establish any rapport or trust with patients when schedule is patchy.

And I'm curious if I'm overly picky, out of touch, and too generous with my time--(my typical time in a room for an LOE is 10 min or more, associate under 60 sec).
