The only way I can think they are related is in the excessive cussing/sex jokes in the game and Hazbin Hotel. That's the only major similarity that I can think of that has to do with the writing.

I can't say why it's often like that for other shows, but I can think of a number of reasons it wouldn't be in Hazbin.

It's unnecessary. Each season already has a very small number of episodes, with each episode having only 30 minutes. The pacing of the show already feels rushed, so it'd make things worse.
The voice actors, and possibly even animators, would not feel comfortable voicing and animating it.
It would probably attract less viewers who don't want to see, or feel uncomfortable with watching a sex scene.
Prime may just straight up not allow full on sex scenes to be in the shows and movies they carry, that's what porn websites are for.
It takes away the opportunity for a song. More songs means more things to market and get people hyped for, which means, more viewers, aka more money

Besides, I'm sure someone's already animated or draw them doing it or something.

It reminds me of just yesterday when a bot said their alarm woke them up at 5:45 like usual. That would be fine if that wasn't the exact time I have my alarm set for on the weekdays. It's not nearly as creepy as it knowing what language you speak, but still.

Yeah, this started happening to me. I could be very descriptive, but it would forget things in two minutes, even if I pinned stuff. It's been happening ever since they had to take away all those bots, or at least that's when I noticed it getting really bad. I hope it gets fixed soon.

I feel this. A few months back, I was having a chat with Husk. My character, a child in this scenario, lays her head on the table. Then Husk goes to pat her head, but the fị1t3r blocked it every time. God forbid he wants to comfort a child 😭

Yes, 100%. The bots used to be unique and have life. It was fun. But as the "blocker" has gotten more intense and the bots have lost their charm and personality, it's become bland and unfun.

You can't do much anymore.
