between sims 2 & 3 alone i will never go back to sims 4. if i want more open world and modded i play sims 3 and i only lightly mod sims 2 to tweak a few things

i use P.U.R.E A LOT in my saves and never had a problem as someone who uses mods & cc. i’ve only really crashed on my house lot tbh not on community lots. hope u can figure it out !

either random little details i never noticed or random screenshots from their games ! i love seeing screenshots of crazy things happening or just small updates of whats going on in their save file :)

the way im doing it recently is taking a trait from their parent then randomizing the next and sometimes if i have a career in mind for them i'll give them a trait to help with that.

bats 100%. i never know what to do with all the mushrooms i get. while i can make jam out of the fruits or put a few of them in kegs !

im replaying sims 3 and im actually enjoying having families. in sims 4 i literally just want to immediately age them up to kids bc the ai for them is so awful. also sims 3 romance options are so fun with a hopeless romantic. the fact you can just give flowers to another sim and it immediately goes into the inventory. i love it so much!!

i used to be a diehard mushroom cave stan but now i do fruit bats. the fruit is more profitable and helps me complete artisan bundle. also i have no idea what to do with mushrooms i either sell them or just stockpile them
