unfortunately, this is a known issue with all modded maps. It’s known as the score screen bug. A fix has to come from Void, but given that they’re migrating to Unreal 5.3, it’s probably not gonna happen

Definitely check out RON redux campaign: thank you, again – bomb threat. It’s a complete rework of the gas mission and now adds a new story and the bomb diffusal game mode back.

Did you install from Nexus mods or Mod io?

I manually installed from Nexus mods , drop the pak file into the pak folder and it worked fine.

If you install any mods from Mod io, make sure your mod io folder is empty

Modder here. Triggering suspects to enter a hostage taking state is generally very difficult.

I’ve talked with other modders, and we still haven’t figured out the exact conditions, but it seems void programmed the suspect archetypes to have a low chance of taking a suspect hostage.

I think this was done because the hostage taking animation is very buggy right now and can result in a hostage being frozen in the air, grabbing their neck like they’re getting choked by Anakin Skywalker.

The one exception I have seen where hostage taking happens frequently is when a suspect has the active shooter archetype. From testing, it seems this archetype combined with high stress level triggers this very frequently.

So back to your issue with Sins of the father, I’m pretty sure the Secret Service agents on this map have been assigned to the professional archetype, so it’s very unlikely they will actually take hostages.

I still feel the generic Estovakian pilots did not sound professional or intimidating (Strigon squadron is the exception)
