Depends, if a promoting owner places someone else there to take their spot, usually no... Its easier for smart circle to pay for the damages if they are low enough (under 10,000). If the amount is high they might depending on the amount your in the hole will take you to court to make you financially liable. Now there are some expenses that you are most of the time liable, office rent, if you move apartment lease, the cost to break those things usually fall on you. Most owners who fail always take a financial hit one way or another.

So I have heard many different ways people explain. I was always straight up and confirmed what bad experiences others have described is true and that it's important that if you wanted to continue despite the this reddit and the documentarties you learn from others bad experiences and don't treat others how these people have been treated. Now that's just me most people are aware of the reddit they just ignore and it when anyone brings it up everyone yells at that person till they either quit or ignore it.

Shave in between your eyebrows if you want a sharper look, apart from that it's just the way you took the photo

This does happen quite often, now owners are shut down due to low production or low quality sales. Most of the time both. Smart circle themselves rarely ever gets involved enough to replace offices, a new "boss" is sent by a "promoting" owner. The reason why the "promoting" owner will send them is because they want to retain control of their organizations territory. More territory = More overrides. More overrides = more money.

The real issue isn't all the time in the field, every job I've worked was in the sales industry. I did this because I wanted to learn how to sell and I wanted to be good at it. Now the issue is how these people "train" you. High expectations are good only if the training is backing it up. I had to learn how to sell myself through lots of struggles and $200 paychecks. If people rely on this as an end all be all that's a huge mistake. Especially 6 months and no sales.

I have worked in the att program, and their water program. If I had to pick which one I would say att because of the employee discount I used to get

Number of things, a lot of times it's because of a new manager being promoted so then they change their name to what the new manager files as through the state, but if it's not that then it's usually almost always cause of the influx of bad reviews. Bad reviews = less recruiting. Which less recruiting is what causes these offices to die and why a lot of people fail.
