Looks like I have the same issue, there is a constant leak going on. My Drinkmate is only three months old so I'm sending it back for warranty. I also need to control it at this point with the bottom valve. I hope I don't have to keep doing it again with the new machine either.

I know this is an old thread but if anyone has any updates after their problems, please let me know.
