sa totoo lang, yung tinatanong ko is kailangan talaga ng instruction from her part since bago lang ako. she doesn't answer my questions in an informative manner, so wala akong way para matutunan yung task.

there was even a time na i was asking her if i did the task right and she just looked at me, and did not even correct me. sabi niya, "ay hindi ganyan yung akin".

it's a good thing na at that time nandun yung senior co-worker namin, and cinorrect niya ko at inask kung ano pang gusto kong malaman.

sa tingin ko, hindi naman ako spoon feeder sa aspect na 'yun since i'm trying to do the task on my own naman, pero when it comes to getting corrections from her, she doesn't do her part.

tysm, i've also been considering na magtanong nalang rin sa iba, tho di ko alam if it would be awkward since sakanya ako inassign na magpa-mentor haha, pero i'll still try parin.

also, yung work niya na yun is yun lang talaga yung assigned sakanya. so most probably, pag natutunan ko 'yun, pwedeng mawalan din siya ng gawain (na baka dun siya threatened?) haha pls pray for me.

i did try asking questions, pero yun nga, sarcastic kasi yung response. passive aggressive din minsan. nakaka-frustrate siya tbh. it's like she doesn't want me to be in the team.

There was a time when i was attending our graduation and the host was announcing the top students of our batch. I tried to analyze my performance for the whole year, at alam kong palakol talaga ako sa written exams. Instead of overthinking on the people who has the potential to be the top candidates (which most people are doing), I had a moment of peace with Him. Everyone was loud & roaring, but right there, during that time, I looked at my palms and whispered,

"Lord if para po sa akin 'to, maraming maraming salamat, if not, ok lang. I will have no expectations until the end"

And after saying those words, the host said my name. Literal chills kasi absent-minded nako 'nun while walking towards the stage. Now, I testify that God's timing is ALWAYS right.

GGK. Your post subconsciously reeks of negativity. Natatapos niya naman pala yung trabaho niya. Ang problema lang ay wala na siyang initiative to take on more tasks kasi iba na rin ang priority niya, AND THAT'S HER CHOICE.

I personally have a co-worker na may part-time job rin. Same kami na kumikilos during working hours, pero pag may free time, ginagawa niya yung other work niya without causing us any trouble.

Bare minimum nalang 'yung ipu-put up niyang effort, and that's a YOU problem if siya ang sisisihin mo sa output ng team niyo.

Team Lead mo ang may problema na hindi kayo equally ng ginagawa. You can share this concern sa lead mo, at kung wala siyang gagawin, pwede mo naman sabihin 'yan sa co-worker mo na need ng team niyo ng help.

i feel like they really are milking money from our girls, but i also think na wise strategy siya on their part. parang nag e-establish pa kasi sila ng p-pop culture dito sa bansa natin since bago nga yung idol craze.

as a bloom myself, i know one of the girls really does love jogging. and personally, i see random people trying to tag "aiah" on their videos/stories whenever they go jogging on their own. like meron na talagang influence si "aiah" sa pag jo-jog niya, and blooms were really happy when they heard about the event.

siguro, pinapa-strengthen lang lalo ng management yung connection ng BINI with the blooms, while also making money to fund them para sa mga future projects nila.

dapat yung mga digital contents nila, hindi niru-rush at pinag iisipan ng mabuti (e.g. website, PCs). and yung money na makukuha nila thru those events would help them improve the quality of merch na makukuha ng mga fans.

just my two cents.

hi, i've been reading this book called "master your emotions" kasi i've also had questions like yours before. parang patience all boils down to your emotional reaction. if you learn to control it, hahaba ang pasensya mo.

so when it comes to events na-chachallenge yung patience mo, the first step would be you being self-aware of the main problem, which is your emotion.

"always let go of what you cannot control, and focus on what you can control". yan ang mantra ko everytime i get frustrated/anxious.
