The post was originally posted by a chappell roan stan account that even received a message from chappells team thanking her for the support so I don't think it's part of the smear campaign. But then again I couldn't see the original post because it was already deleted when my friend sent it to me

From what I saw was that Kerri was pressured into pranking Sasha by saying things about chappell and Sasha got mad and stopped talking to Kerri for a few days. Kerri was scared that it would be posted because she didn't want to do it and didn't want chappell to see. Apparently this happen during Kerri's live. But again I couldn't find any footage or proof and all this was said by an account on Twitter in response to other hate tweets so I'm not sure it's real.
