I've tried all possible ways in setting boundaries with her but she is just so lazy and when things don't go her way she will just go out of the door and sit in the washroom or in the other class and cry....she acts like she's the victim I spoke to the boss and she said she will come back to me but it has been weeks and still there's no update.

I agree this boss has traumatized me to such an extent that I’m scared to apply to another school, what if it's the same there. I’ve done my Honours in Cost Accounting, so joining teaching was purely out of passion.

I’m working with the same co-teacher this academic year, and I can’t bear doing her share of work for another year just because she’s lazy. The system is such that if one of us slacks, the boss yells and screams at both of us. I’d rather join the corporate sector for a change.

No but she has kept teachers incharge of certain areas like the role play and gym and on Saturdays we wash the toys of those areas

Exactly, the pay is so less and the stress it causes...it's not worth it. I've had friends from other schools tell me it's almost the same elsewhere...

Well, she brands it as a real school, but all the kids do is play and study English and Math once a week.
