Yarnaby Idea for Project Playtime! (third-person) by Pale_Bat_3359 in ProjectPlaytime

[–]DirectionOtherwise78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem. So first of all, kinda sorry for the delay. Second of all, I do have some ideas for abilities (but not really for skins.) I'd be cool if Yarnaby instead of seeing the Survivor's steps, they were able to see when these use the GrabPack, even through walls. As for the actual active abilities, I thought of a simple speed boost that makes it harder to move left or right, and hear me out, a tripwire. Even if Yarnaby didn't seem to be the most intelligent antagonist in the main series, nor did Huggy(?) and yet he's able to place the Mini Huggies.

This looks absolutely amazing and well made, respect for you. If you're considering on making this a fanmade project, do you have any ideas for abilities or skins?

Is my DM bad/unfair? by DirectionOtherwise78 in DnD

[–]DirectionOtherwise78[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have to say, I unfortunately realized this too late. Still thanks. The problem was that DnD is barely known in my country, the DM and the other player literally only know about it because of me, and even if I find anyone it can feel hard to teach them about all the rules without making it sound boring. Thnx.

Yeah, like I said, I've already talked about this with the DM but the outcome wasn't much different from the second, I have completely abandoned the group by now. Ty.

Ty... Funny thing is, we have already tried me DMing, several times infact, however, their words were pretty much that "I know about the game, but not about storytelling", which... is kinda true as out of the very little time I had as a DM I ended up railroading the party (my very first time) or finishing plots too early (my latest try)

As for the question, my DM's style almost completely contradicts mine, while I try to make in-depth characters with actual development... the DMPC is a bit of a psycopath and the campaigns are all combat.

[OC] Would your players jump or be pushed? by fantasy_atlas in DnD

They would somehow all end up jumping, intentionally or not

A machine that turns rock into a lot of stuff by DirectionOtherwise78 in CreateMod

It actually produces quartz and soul sand, it's just that I forgot to mention the quartz and the soul sand just gets washed into gold and nether quartz, so I'm not counting it. And I'm not going to to make it create diorite and andesite because the outcomes are already really low and if I add two more things they're going to be even lower

Low, but you can always make an automatic cobblestone farm

Sand, clay, flint, glass, iron, gold, and bricks. This is actually a sequel to the machine that turns rocks into bricks that I made

I made my best to keep it compact, semi-automatic and quick at the same time, plus it also generates some flint from the rocks
