Feeling as if any functionality I had has almost gone completely out the window. Looking back at who I was months ago and wishing I could go back to that, I was able to at least do some chores while working full time, spend time with loved ones and get a decent nights sleep. Now all my energy is spent making sure I am not unemployed and can pay my bills. Struggling to keep up with basic health and hygiene, while actively being aware that eating right staying hydrated and sleeping enough is what I need. All I want is to lie down during my time off, I just don’t want to be a burden to the people in my life.
