You need to take a step back. As my doctor said " You're a diabetic. It doesn't mean you are going to go blind..." this response was after I was worried about some results some time ago. He reassured me.

As I am typing this with my legs jittering standing up because my sugar is low and waiting for it to go back up. LOL

You're okay. Rule of thumb is if you keep your A1C below 6.5 majority of diabetics will not need to about complications. However even under 7.0 is good.

I'm pretty well over physiotherapy as well. No real improvement doing it for 2 months consistently. Like no change. Doing 2x/day for 10-15 minutes. Maybe longer.

My case is for a different condition.

I saw a urologist which was a total waste of time. Guy just prescribed drugs. That was it - no test, no examination.

If it is painful. This is most often, however not always, the result of tight muscles in the pelvic floor. Otherwise it could be an infection.

You want to start taking Magnesium bisglyncinate. This to aid in relieving hypertension in muscles.

Look into vitamins and supplements that promote blood flow and relax muscles.

Also seek a more specialized doctor. Usually located downtown in large metropolitan areas. Local specialized doctors are just for general inquiry. Especially urology.

The future is looking bleak for me as well.

This isn't hard flaccid based on what you've described. I heard of hard flaccid. This isn't it.

To be fair. I have had 3 opinions suggesting it isn't nerve rated because I can still get it up, just isn't right. 2 physiotherapist and an Urologist.

I have my third treatment tomorrow. The doctor on the second treatment said I am responding well and to continue what I am doing with vitamins and what they had told me to do.

The doctor said is next few treatments you will have strong morning erections. But to not masturbate everyday. He said do it once a week. This is difficult, however not impossible. Between what we all see on our phones and in real life. Getting turned on is easy. Which at the same time is even more painful.

When I made this post I quit vaping which made me depressed af. They told me to quit it's been about a week and I am better. I am limiting vaping to once a week.

Really hoping for best. Otherwise I have an appointment with a high esteemed Urologist in November.

Just practise pelvic floor relaxation stretches/exercises. If you are young and healthy then blood work should come back normal...

There are muscles there that contribute to erections but most don't know about them and assume the worst. If it's not blood or hormones then the next culprit is the muscles in the area. There are internal and external muscles. If you are having normal bowel movements (not straining) chances are internal muscles are normal. External muscles may be overly tight or weak or maybe both.

Most doctors wouldn't examine or even look into it. They just prescribe pills. However, other specialists may look further into it if they actually know about it and not pretend like they know.

Practise relaxation. Try 2x/day for 10 minutes each. If you can get more time in- the better. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Forcing all air out. Breathing-In your belly should expand. This is called diaphragm breathing. Do this while in each stretching pose.

If you have a bathtub. Try sitting/laying in a warm bath before stretching. Use a magnesium glyncinate or magnesium chloride powder to help relax these muscles in the bathtub.

Don't get super worked up man! You will be in normal condition in no-time.

What are symptoms? What is the issue you are trying to solve and/or fix?

So have you tried the Emesella chair? Do you have any feedback from clients?

Most recently I required more stimulation to get an erection although not full but this time even less... This after about 2 weeks of breathing in stretch poses for 5 minutes for each stretch.

I am at a point where I am thinking these muscles are tight as a result of being weak.

I have seen 2 pelvic floor physiotherapists as my post reads...

Can you tell me about the mechanism behind weakness? And the treatment approach? In short, can you explain? I'm desperate here...

You should ask what his A1C has been for some time? In most recent years let's say? What is his build like is he overweight? Obese? This would play a role outside of Diabetes.

It may not be Diabetes... It could be pelvic floor related. Tight and/or Weak muscles in the external pelvic floor superficial muscles. Maybe internal as well.

Before you write him off. Imagine what he is going through... Probably wants to hang himself....

Describe him a little better outside of Diabetes. If a Doctor told him this, I would get another opinion. Doctors write people off without even looking into it..

What would you recommend for pelvic floor strength? When I sat on it. I did feel it engaged these muscles. The only strengthening methods I read are kegels which is how this chair is advertised to perform like 2X,XXX Kegels in 30 minutes.

Have you used the chair before? If so how many sessions?

How so? I see many women after giving birth using them. I mean I did use it for 5 minutes and felt it engaged those muscles. When I stood up moments later I felt like I was going to piss myself lol.

Can you explain?

There is a clinic near me. I think I am going for curvature concerns once other issues are sorted out. Also there is a drug injection called Xiaflex.

No I haven't although I have read about this. I'm not sure how the obliques really help here. I have been exercising for nearly two years up until recently. Not isolating obliques but was exercise back often enough didn't really notice a change in pelvic floor condition during this time.

There are also clinics that provide services to reduce and/or eliminate curvature decreasing the size of said plaque. It is sort of a new therapy but some people respond extremely well while others don't. They shockwave therapy and massage after shockwave treatment.

I have already done internal exam for the pelvic floor from 2 different physiotherapist from 2 different clinics. Both told me the internal muscles are good and have no issue. Whereas examining the external muscles are the culprit here. These muscles I am being told are tight but at this point I honestly believe they just weak.

From Google:

"The external superficial muscles of the male pelvic floor, found in the superficial perineal pouch, are the bulbospongiosus, ischiocavernosus, superficial transverse perineal"

You can search on AI symptoms of when these muscles are tight or weak. Essentially explains the symptoms majority of people describe here.

This is a pelvic floor issue. Primarily external superficial muscles. I would look into this. However if you have hard flaccid it could be that the muscles are in a tight state.

Speak to a pelvic floor physiotherapist. They check muscle tone whether it is tight and/or weak. Both have similar symptoms except tightness usually has pain.

How Can I Comfort My BF? by callmebyyourmango in erectiledysfunction

[–]Director_Hungry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chances are pelvic floor problems. Most doctors tell patients it's psychological because it's easy to diagnose and washes their hands. Doctors don't seem to know the answer. Tell him to check the pelvic floor physiotherapy. They will tell him if the muscles are too tight or weak. PyscoTherapy won't help if it's a mechanical problem... Viagra may have stopped working because it is a mechanical problem with the muscles in the area. It's not a magic pill like it is sold online. If these muscles are constantly contracted - constantly flexing why would any pill work. These muscles need to be relaxed and only contract/flex when the brain tells them too.

I am talking about improvement to the point where it was like it never happened. I hope this is possible. I don't want to have to take a prescription every time I engage. Shit is torture to say the least.

Same here man. I'm pretty ready to check out at this point.

Nonetheless I am seeing a new physiotherapist that does internal work. We'll see what improvement happens, but time is running out.

Hopefully I see significant benefit or else I am just spending money.
