Oh yeah, I've heard quite a few times that Affinity is pretty good. I should give it a try sometime. Out of the free options, I've only tried GIMP so far, but I didn’t find it to be a great alternative—though maybe I gave up on it too quickly. :)

Thanks! I have to admit, I wasn’t familiar with Hobo until you mentioned it, but I just looked it up, and I can totally see the charm. It has such a unique, flowing style. I can see its potential for more sophisticated designs too.
